You can pay for your order via VISA & MASTERCARD credit, debit cards or pay on the delivery (this applies only for Greece and Cyprus).
Product delivery / Shipping costs.
Products delivery:
Delivery of ordered products takes place from Monday to Saturday, within 3-5 working days for Greece and Cyprus and 2-14 days for international orders, from the date of submission of the order to the address you have stated when completing your details.
The Company is not responsible in cases of delay or inability to deliver, which is due to force majeure (extreme weather events, strikes, etc.), however it must inform you, in order to state if you wish to complete the transaction under the new conditions.
Shipping charges:
Shipping is free of charge for all our products if the order is above 100 euros for Greece and Cyprus and above 200 euros for international orders.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
In case you do not like something, you have the right to request the replacement of the product with another or change the size or color. The change of the product can be done in the store of Dystopians –Eleftheriou Venizelou 23, Thessaloniki, 54625 for free or through the e-shop always presenting the proof of purchase. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer alternative solutions. For the replacement process, the maximum return period is up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in a discount period the return margin is set at five (5) calendar days. The return of the product is done by ELTA Courier/ UPS or DHL, or by courier of your choice and the cost is covered by you.
In case the product you received is defective or does not correspond to the product of your order, then the return cost is borne by Dystopians. To return a product, please contact us via email at info@dystopians.co or via phone at +302310311655.
The product to be returned must be in the condition received, i.e. it must be complete, without damage, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels / tags , necessary documents, etc. and in any case it has not been used . If the above conditions are not met the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging and label, in order to identify any obvious defects.
Order cancellation.
In case you wish to cancel your order and if the product has not been shipped, you should contact customer service at +302310311655 or e-mail: info@dystopians.co. In case your order has been shipped, the Company will inform the courier to return the parcel to its facilities.
APPLICABLE LAW
For any dispute arising from the use of the services or for any other reason between the user and the company, Greek law is applicable and the courts of Thessaloniki are competent.
In the event of a dispute regarding the current terms of use between a user and the Company, the former is obliged, before initiating any legal action, to contact the Company within fifteen (15) days from the occurrence of the relevant events. Failure to comply with this term constitutes a breach of an essential contractual term entered into between the user and the company.
