Product Exchange
Return of Product due to defect
1.Product Exchange Process:
Changes are accepted within fourteen (14) days after the buyer receives the product.
If the buyer wants to return the product due to defect, they have to follow these steps:
- The packaging must be intact, not damaged and with no tags missing.
- Close the package safely.
- Send it with ELTA Courier/ UPS or DHL exclusively.
- Indicate that the charge is for the recipient (Dystopians, Eleftheriou Venizelou 23, Thessaloniki, 54625, Greece, +302310311655).
2.Product Return Procedure due to defect:
In the case of defective products, the store and the staff of the Dystopians Team as well as the manufacturer will perform checks.
- Returns are accepted for up to 14 days from the moment you will receive the product.
- First contact the Customer Service department in the Thessaloniki shop on +302310311655.
- E-mail info@dystopians.co attaching photographic evidence of the defect.
- Place the product in the box.
- Close the package safely.
- Send it with ELTA courier/UPS or DHL services exclusively.
- Indicate that the charge is for the recipient:
