1. Product Delivery

  • Greece / Cyprus: 3-5 working days.

  • International Orders: 2-15 working days (depending on destination). 

Orders are delivered through reliable courier services (ELTA, ELTA Courier, UPS, DHL, FEDEX).
In-store Pickup: Thessaloniki, Komninon 17.

2. Shipping Costs

  • €5 per order for Greece.

  • Shipping costs for EU and non-EU countries depend on the destination.

  • Import duties and taxes may apply for non-EU orders.

  • Free for orders over €100 (Greece / Cyprus) and over €200 (international orders).

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our After Sales Service covers:

  • Product Exchange

  • Product Return due to Defect

3.1 Product Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

  • Securely close the package and send it exclusively via ELTA, ELTA Courier, UPS, DHL or FEDEX.

  • On the shipping label, indicate that the shipping costs are borne by the recipient.

3.2 Product Return Procedure Due to Defect

  • In the case of defective products, the Dystopians store, staff, and manufacturer will perform inspections.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • First, contact Customer Service at the Thessaloniki store or send an email to info@dystopians.co attaching a photo showing the defect.

  • Place the product in the package, securely close it, and send it exclusively via ELTA, ELTA Courier, UPS, DHL or FEDEX, with recipient-borne shipping costs.

If the same product is unavailable, our team will contact you with alternative solutions.
